These are steps for importing the TCIC Gateway Server Certificate (NOT the USER Certificate)
If you see this screen when you go to
https://tbi.tcicgatway.com, then follow these steps to install the server
certificate:
Steps for importing the server certificate
Administrative rights may be required to peform these steps!
The following certificate can be downloaded and put on any machine that uses
the TCIC Gateway or ISIS Online. The following instructions assume you are on the machine that
is running the TCIC Gateway or ISIS Online.
1) Right click on the link labeled CERTIFICATE LINK below and choose "Save As":

2) Choose a generic location to save the file to (i.e. C:\temp\).
Make sure the file saves with a .cer extension. You may have to change the dropdown box below the filename to "All Files"
Once the file is saved to your hard drive, you will need to use the Microsoft Management Console to install the certificate.
Click Start, then run. Type mmc then click enter
You should see this screen:
Choose File "Add/Remove Snap in
Selct "Certificates" and click "add,"
Selct Computer Account," click "next," select "Finish"
click A"Finish." You should see a page like this. Navigate to Trusted Root Certificates, Certificates.
Right Click on "Certificates" folder. Select "All Tasks" " Import"
Follow the prompts to import the certificate.
You should get a pop up window that says "The import was successful". Click "OK".
